What We Believe
We believe organizational success depends on the growth of the leaders in it. Accelerating your growth is where I begin.
With groups, as with individuals, positive change begins with awareness: you can’t change what you don’t see. Teaching you how to become more self-aware at both the individual and group level is a core part of our practice. Once developed, these skills of observation enable you to identify issues impeding your effectiveness, and correct them–empowering you and your teams to consciously create the working environment and outcomes you seek.
Progressing from good to great is a process that requires patience and practice. We believe the best time to invest in your leadership potential is right now.
Increased effectiveness is the outcome of enhanced awareness of team and organizational goals, combined with consistent practice of the skills required to achieve them.
What’s in a Name?
When considering a name for my new company, I merged two words that best characterize what CataQuest is all about: catalyst and quest. “CataQuest” is a new word that represents the new possibilities we create in our work together. Read more …
